REGIONAL MANAGEMENT

Our Regional Management teams are responsible for the overall success and performance of multiple stores.

Their primary focus is to successfully lead, motivate, encourage and challenge store teams to achieve sales and operational goals.

They collaborate closely with Store Managers to drive sales performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability while keeping the customer at the centre of everything they do. They develop and implement initiatives to optimise store operations and ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, policies and procedures. They are responsible for setting clear expectations to ensure that stores perform to the highest possible standards both commercially and operationally, and they provide their teams regular feedback and guidance to support them to achieve business objectives.

Their role also involves recruiting, training and mentoring Store Managers and teams to build a culture of high performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.

I've worked for Fraser Hart for 22 years and during my time I have progressed from Sales Consultant through to my current role of Regional Manager.

I’ve grown within a business that holds great significance to me. As a Regional Manager in the retail sector, my role allows me to infuse positivity, passion, and teamwork into every area of my work. This collaborative environment creates a sense of camaraderie among colleagues, akin to a close-knit family.
