Warehouse Team
Our Glasgow logistics facility serves as a vibrant hub which links our supply chain to our valued customers.
Our Warehouse Team accurately receives, stores, organises and processes our stock deliveries and manages the daily replenishment of stock to our stores. They ensure that our beautiful products are available in our stores for our customers to view and shop from.
This team is also responsible for processing and dispatching web orders and ensuring that each order is carefully prepared, wrapped and delivered to our customers.
Workshop Team
Our Workshop has a skilled team dedicated to crafting, maintaining and preserving our customers exquisite pieces of jewellery and timepieces.
Their role involves meticulous craftsmanship in repairing, assembling, and customising jewellery and watches to meet our customer specifications. They work with a variety of precious metals, gemstones, and intricate mechanisms, utilising traditional techniques and modern tools to ensure precision and quality in every piece.
Attention to detail, artistic flair, and a deep understanding of jewellery or watchmaking techniques are essential in their daily tasks.
The commitment to learning and development is a core value embraced by the Warehouse and Workshop teams. We are particularly proud of nurturing in-house talent: some members have joined this team from other areas of the business to be developed and trained in technical roles and one of our watch technicians is currently being sponsored by Fraser Hart through the WOSTEP qualification at BSOW.
